Hi! Glad I have found your site! I am new to the scheduling arena and would like to have a sample of a schedule for two employees on days and evenings and one employee on nights weekends need to be covered so I was thinking about how. I currently staff 7/24 3 shifts 7:30A 4P, MIDNIGHT. Total crew is 12 covering 2 sites. I would like to move to a 3 day working week so people can get some time off .
Perhaps you could help me with this example: I need to cover the following hours 05:00-16:00, 15:00-03:00(mon-fri), weekends, 09:00-16:00, 15:00-03:00. These shifts include one hour for lunch. I'm coordinating the scheduling for a hospital Respiratory Therapy Department with about 50 employees. We've been using a computer program for a number of year but it's not year 2000 compliant. We're looking for a program that can handle 5 shifts, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am. We've established several workable schedule rotations that are individualized for each employee. This has helped with evening out a fair number of weekends for all, and "work arounds" for school, parttimers, etc. I've downloaded your demo version, but have not been able to determine if the program will meet our needs. How customizable are the shift definitions and number? Can we define work patterns (shift rotations) for each employee? What kind of automatic scheduling features are included in the program?
Hello, I am very interested in purchasing your scheduling software. I am looking at developing a working account with a large extended care facility and possibly developing a contract for 9 of their other facilities. I have several questions regarding if this software will satisfy their needs completely. Are there any definitions for shift and placement demand? Such as if I need 1 case manager, 3 nurses, and 4 nursing assistants 1st shift 2nd floor, 1 case manager, 4 nurses, and 5 nursing assistants 1st shift 3rd floor, and so on...is there a definable alert to bring to my attention that shift minimums are not being met or that shifts are over scheduled? Are there definitions for shift rotations? So if I have a nurse that works for 6 day is off for 4 days works another 6 and then is off

I need a program for a Hospital Laboratory. It is a 7 day a week, 24 hours a day, with shorter staffing on weekends and holidays. We are a small rural hospital and nursing home. I have about 80 employees on two nursing units that I am responsible for doing scheduling. Does your program have the ability to generate a schedule for each nursing unit and have both schedules open so as to be able to see each schedule and copy/paste from one schedule to the other?

This is a further education establishment and there is a difficulty in recording hours worked. In front of a class is easy, preparation and marking less so, and administration very difficult. Any suggestions?

Zeneca needed a staffing pattern for a continuous production process, using the staffing restrictions they had negotiated with the staff concerned, we were able to email the staff rota for the next year to them within 20 minutes.
A $billion food distribution company with a depot that required a variable staffing pattern for their vehicles, ie Mon(10 drivers), Tues(13), Wed(10), Thurs(13), Fri(11), Sat(11), Sun(1). Plus, holidays. This took a little longer, about 30 minutes.
